By accessing and using DishwasherPro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DishwasherPro provides repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for Miele and Bosch dishwashers. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day appointments are subject to technician availability
- Service windows are typically 2-4 hours
- A confirmation call will be made before the technician arrives
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Checks (subject to approval)
A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be credited toward the repair if you proceed with our service.
5. Warranty
All repair services come with a 1-year warranty covering:
- Parts installed by our technicians
- Labor related to the original repair
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or unrelated issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DishwasherPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
